Text-Response Questions

Text-response questions can be included in any InterviewIQ virtual interview to help capture a candidate’s basic qualifications. Questions can be set up to be Yes/No, Multiple Choice or Free Text response. Questions can also be configured as “knockout” questions – candidates answering these questions incorrectly advance no further in the interview process meaning your recruiters never have to spend time on them.

Voice-Response Questions

InterviewIQ’s rich web and voice response technology enables you to record questions as if you were asking them to a candidate in a live conversation. Candidate responses are recorded and stored so recruiters can hear the voice of the applicant. These questions can be in a simple “question and answer” format or you can create role-play, scenario-based questions to determine how a candidate might handle specific situations.

Recorded interviews can be shared with other stakeholders for their review. You can share an interview with the hiring manager to prepare them for an in-person interview or share with your client.

Candidate Feedback

Candidates taking an InterviewIQ interview receive visual and audible confirmation that their responses have been successfully recorded. If you wish, you can also have InterviewIQ automatically send e-mail confirmation to your candidates at various points in the process.
