Joe brings over 25 years of Sales Leadership, Indirect Channel and Executive management experience, in a variety of industries including enterprise software, Information Technology, and Telecommunications. Most recently he served as Vice President of North American Channel Sales for CA (a leader in the enterprise IT management software space). While at CA, he also served as Vice President of Technology Sales, managing the Pre-Sales and Solution Sales function. Prior to joining CA, Joe served as Vice President of Sales for Ingram Micro, and before that as SVP and General Manager with Global Crossing, where he led the $400M Small Business Markets Business Unit. He is a results-oriented, strategic sales and marketing leader who prides himself on building high-performing teams devoted to long term client and partner relationships.
Technology & Product Development
At the age of 16, Rob was selected to join an engineering apprenticeship program for academically talented students with George Washington University and the Department of the Navy. While studying at University of Maryland, Rob interned and went on to work at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory doing software development for the Department of Defense. He later moved to Booz Allen Hamilton to contract at the National Security Agency, where he expanded his background in network and information systems security. It was information security that took him to PriceWaterhouseCoopers to be a part of a security services start-up within the partnership, which was later spun off as a private company, beTRUSTed, and eventually purchased by Verizon Business to form its Security Solutions group. Rob’s expertise is solving core business problems with creative and secure technology solutions.
Kevin brings deep domain expertise with over 25 years of senior marketing and product management leadership experience with leading contact center technology companies including Witness Systems, Melita International BellSouth Telecommunications and Global Management Technologies. He has been instrumental in establishing market-leading brands, creating marketing and awareness campaigns that have resulted in increased revenues, and in opening new markets. He is a frequent contributor to industry publications and has spoken at numerous industry events on the topics of workforce acquisition and optimization, the role of social media in customer service, and innovative human capital management strategies. He has received his Product Management certification from the Association of International Product Management and Product Marketing and is a co-inventor on two United States Patents.
Matt brings over 25 years of international sales and sales leadership experience from a broad range of industries. A solutions sales professional, he has spent the past 15 years in the human capital space, having sold products and managed teams throughout the entire talent management lifecycle, including recruiting/selection, RPO/BPO, talent assessment, organizational development and succession planning tools. He most recently served as Enterprise Business Development Manager with SHL, the global leader in talent measurement. Prior to joining SHL he was Vice President of Global Sales for Management Recruiters International (MRI) the worlds largest recruitment firm, where he was responsible for selling large recruitment project initiatives and RPO to some of the world's largest companies. Matt has also owned and operated his own recruitment firm and spent six years in the telecommunications industry as a sales leader where, among other things, he was instrumental in driving annual revenue growth from $4.5 million to $24 million during a 24-month period with a local provider, in the process developing the company’s agent and field sales divisions, opening out of state offices and developing the company's marketing and branding strategy. As Director of Sales with MFS Communications a $2 billion company he consistently performed in the top 5% of sales executives (out of 200+ sales people) and Managers (19 offices).
